We start with Colorado makers and small producers. When something can't be grown or made here, we go find the best version of it.

In most aisles, you’ll find a familiar favorite next to something local or craft that’s worth a try.

Natural, organic, vegan, gluten- and dairy-free are all here. So are the chips ice cream. No judgment, just a bit of something for everyone.

Baked by an Amish family in the San Luis Valley and driven up once a week. They go fast, and when they're gone, they're gone.
Hand pies
A 106-year-old recipe from a third-generation Italian family in Pueblo. You can't get it anywhere else in the Springs.
Gagliano sausage
Pueblo asparagus, Palisade peaches, and so much more. Ask what's good this week and support local farmers in the process.

A variety of beans from area roasters, so there's always a new one to try alongside your regular.
